Dr Natasha Gilchrist (MBBS, MRCGP,DipSEM, MFSEM) qualified from University College London in 1998 and has worked in General Practice in East Sussex since 2003. She has a special interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine and is a member of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine. She currently writes for Snowsphere.com, Active Magazine and Fall-line skiing Magazine. She is an active runner and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, tennis, adventure racing and is currently learning to climb on the local sandstone outcrops.

Christina Whincup MCSP HPC DMS qualified as a chartered physiotherapist from West Middlesex University Hospital in 1982. She has worked in London for many years within the NHS and private hospitals and then in her own private practice treating mainly sports injuries. Chris is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council. Chris enjoys playing tennis, golf and running and is also currently learning to climb! Tracey Butcher MCSP HPC qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 1987. She has spent the last 18 years within the NHS and has developed a particular interest in Pain Management and the assessment & treatment of Headaches/Migraine, Chronic Pain Conditions & Whiplash Associated Disorders. Tracey is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council. Tracey will be leading the Hastings clinic of South Coast Sports Clinic based within Coleman's Podiatry Practice.

Roger Coleman (Bsc, DPodM,MChS) qualified from the London Foot Hospital in 1982. He worked at St Barts Hospital, London and surrounding clinics for 8 years. He worked with The British Triathlon Team and with the medical team at the London Marathon and developed a keen interest in sports injuries and biomechanics. He has worked in private practice in Hastings since 1991. He is a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and Health Professions Council. He is an active hockey player, playing for South Saxons Hockey Club and enjoys tennis and golf. | ![]() |
